DO I NEED A TICKET FOR OKTOBERFEST GUildford?
Yes, you will need a ticket. We have three main sessions and you will be required to have a valid ticket for each session should you wish to come to all sessions.
WHERE IS MY TICKET?
E-Tickets will be sent to the email address you used to purchase. If for whatever reason this has been lost/deleted/did not arrive then please contact the ticket provider i.e. Eventbrite / SeeTickets so that they can arrange for your ticket to be sent to you again.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET?
Yes, as stated at the time of booking you will need to print your ticket and bring it to the event with you.
WILL I NEED ID?
We are an 18+ Event so you will require I.D. – We also have a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for I.D.
CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?
No alcoholic drinks will be permitted. There will be plenty of bars at the event.
CAN I BRING MY GUIDE DOG?
Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted, but no other animals are allowed on site.

CAN I TAKE A CAMERA?
WHAT TIME IS LAST ENTRY?
The last entry time is 2 hours after the venue doors open.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH A VIP TABLE?
VIP table tickets include entry for up to 10 people with a reserved 10ft round table (10 people maximum per table) for the best experience with all of your friends.
We have a team of waiters/waitresses dressed for the occasion who will provide you with table service. You won't even have to step up to the bar!
VIP tables are situated immediately in front of the stage giving you the best Oktoberfest experience you can get. You're so close you can almost touch the stage!
WHERE CAN I BUY A TICKET?
CAN WE DRESS UP?
We encourage you all to dress up! Lederhosen is welcome! We have even seen some halloween spirit on the final weekend of October in the past.
CAN I BRING FOOD?
Unfortunately no food will be permitted into the venue. We have big enough buns and large enough sausages to go around!
HOW BIG ARE THE BEERS?
You can buy a 2 pint stein from the bar which you can keep after you leave! Alternatively you can buy a beer, 2 pint or 1 pint, in a regular plastic cup.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR?
Chairs of any kind are not permitted. If you think you will need/want seating, please look at buying an unreserved seating ticket, or a VIP table.
OTHER PROHIBITED ITEMS
Please see the below list of prohibited items. All of the below items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned. Anyone that resists confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.
- Air Horns
- Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
- Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
- Audio Recorders
- Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment
- Chinese or Sky Lanterns
- Excessive amounts of food or cigarettes may be refused entry to the site
- Garden furniture, deckchairs, fold up chairs or shooting sticks
- Illegal substances
- Large Umbrellas or Flag Poles
- Legal Highs
- Medications - unless in sealed, unbroken packaging
- Nitrous Oxide
- Open and sealed containers of liquid/water/soft drinks/food etc
- Portable Laser Equipment or Pens
- Smoke Canisters
- Sound systems
- Spray Cans
- Un-authorised Professional Film or Video Equipment
- Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets
FIRST AID AND WELFARE
We will have First Aid & Welfare services available on site. Please Visit the First Aid & Welfare tents on site with any healthcare issues during the event.
CAN I PAY BY CARD AT THE EVENT?
The bar will take cash and card.
Food traders may not take card so we advise to bring cash with you although there will be cash machines on site.
ARE THERE CASH MACHINES ON SITE?
Yes, there will be cash machines available for you to use. Although these will likely include a surcharge.
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
There will be no readmission for any customers. If you leave, you will not be allowed to return.
